Analysis of Teachers' Cultivation Mode in the Integrated Education of Secondary and Higher Vocational Schools——Taking Shanghai City as An Example

摘要 本文分析中高职贯通师资队伍建设中存在的问题,提出贯通教师应具备的基本素质,明确师资建设的内在要求,积极探索具有本地特色的中高职贯通师资培养之路:贯通院校共建组织领导机构,共建教师培训基地,课程与教材建设一体化,联合承担科研课题,资源开发与利用一体化。同时分析了贯通师资建设几个值得商榷的问题。 By analyzing the problems existing in the teachers' cultivation of the integrated education of secondary and higher vocational schools,this paper puts forward the basic qualities that teachers should have,clarifies the inherent requirements of the teachers' cultivation,and actively explores the ways of cultivating teachers with local characteristics:cooperating in the construction of administration organizations and the training bases,the integration of curriculum and teaching materials construction,the joint research projects,the development and utilization of resources integration.At the same time,several problems about the teachers' cultivation are analyzed.
