“一带一路”倡议正在进入落地期，在双边合作的基础上，多边合作、区域制度合作政策将更多落地，在政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通等方面加大推进力度。同时，如今变化的国际环境也给＂一带一路＂的推进和发展带来了机遇和挑战。
The implementation of the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative will promote multilateral and regional cooperation that is built on existing bilateral ties. The strategic program is expected to restllt in greater policy coordination, more infrastructure connectivity, fewer impediments to trade, firmer tinancial links and closer people-to-people ties. Meanwhile, the changing international environment will bring opportunities and challenges to the development of the ＂Belt and Road＂ concept.
