摘要
以新麦18为材料,利用叶绿素荧光技术,分析水杨酸对镉胁迫叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,水杨酸处理(SA)镉胁迫小麦,根系镉含量显著下降;根长,叶绿素含量,叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、φPSⅡ、SqP和qN下降幅度显著小于CK。可见水杨酸阻止了镉进入小麦的根部,使其表现出较高的光合效率。上述结果表明水杨酸处理显著提高了小麦的耐镉特性。
The effect of salicylic acid on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in wheat(Xinmai 18)under cadmium stress was analyzedby using chlorophyll fluorescence technique. The results showed that under cadmium stress,cadmium content in wheat root decreasedsignificantly. Moreover,root length,chlorophyll content,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm,φPS Ⅱ,q P and q N through salicylicacid(SA)pretreatment were significantly less than CK. It was concluded that salicylic acid inhibited the cadmium into the root of wheat,resulting in higher photosynthetic efficiency. The above results revealed that salicylic acid pretreatment significantly increased the wheat'stolerance to cadmium.
