New Vision and Value of Feenberg's Technological Code

芬伯格在他的《技术批判理论》一书中,提出了技术代码的问题。在芬伯格看来,技术代码是由技术要素构成的;技术代码还把技术要素与社会目的联系起来。在此基础上,芬伯格分析了技术有效性和技术霸权的问题、技术本体论的问题、资本主义技术代码的问题,并提出了一系列的新的观点。这些观点所开拓的新视野,有助于我们对技术的全面认识和了解,有助于我们制定合理的科技政策,有助于我国技术健康稳定地发展。

In his book Critical Theory of Technology, Feenberg proposed the question of technological code. In Feen-berg＇ s view, the technological code is made up of technological elements.
