摘要
文章针对现有均值法未考虑偏斜度的不足,结合多属性群决策问题,提出一种新的序数均值组合决策方法。基于偏斜度的性质,分析决策者偏斜度偏好对排序的影响;根据不同决策方式和群体意见集结步骤,采用6种方法确定方案的初次排序,再利用改进均值法组合初次排序结果,确定方案最终排序。最后,以供应商选择算例进行说明和应用。
In view of the current mean-value method without consideration of skewness degree, this paper combines with a new group decision-making method with multi attributes to present a new ordinal mean-value combination decision-making method. Based on the property of skewness, the paper analyzes the influence of decision-makers' skewness preference on sequencing. According to the different decision-making methods and the gathering steps of the group opinions, the paper adopts 6 methods to determine the first-time sequencing of each scheme, and then uses the improved mean-value method to get the final sequencing result. Finally, supplier selection is taken for example to explain and illustrate the application.
