摘要
文章以乘法偏好关系和决策矩阵的次序一致性为基础,探究多准则决策问题。引入关联矩阵的概念,并将其与有向图相结合,据此构造优化模型以求解关联矩阵的近似矩阵,对决策矩阵的次序一致性进行判断和修正,从而可高效地解决多准则下候选项的排序问题。其中通过使用相关计算软件处理模型的计算问题,解除一般计算方法在矩阵阶数上的限制。最后通过"天津港爆炸"等公共事件应急方案选择问题为例,验证了模型的合理性和有效性。
Based on preference relation and decision matrix' s ordinal consistency, this paper probes into the muhicriteria decision-making. By introducing the concept of correlate matrix and combining it with directed graph, the paper constructs an optimization model to solve the approximate matrix of incidence matrix, and judge and amend decision matrix' s ordinal consistency, thus solving the sequencing problems of candidate items efficiently under muhicriteria, one of which is to use related computing software to deal with model computational problem so as to lift the restrictions of matrix orders in general calculation method. Finally, the paper takes the emergency solution selection of "Tianjin port explosion incident" and other public emergencies for examples to verify the rationality and validity of the proposed model.
