摘要 缝隙连接蛋白43可以通过多种方式对心肌细胞的生存调节发挥重要的作用。Cx43的磷酸化水平改变对心肌细胞存活也具有调节作用。Cx43调节心肌细胞的生存对于心脏疾病的发生和发展具有重要的影响,因此很有可能为各类心脏疾病的预防和治疗提供潜在的药物作用新靶点。 Gap junction protein connexin43(Cx43)plays an important role in regulating cardiomyocyte survival and death by a variety of ways,and also by phosphorylation of Cx43.The regulation of CX43 on cardiomyocyte survival has important influences on the incidence and development of heart diseases,which may provide a potential new drug target for treating/preventing heart diseases.
