社会网络环境下组织知识整合机理研究

Research on the Knowledge Integration Mechanism under Social Network Environment

【目的/意义】社会网络环境有利于组织更加便捷地获取所需知识,准确识别影响知识整合的主要因素,对提高组织知识整合的效率具有重要的实践意义。【方法/过程】运用社会网络分析的方法,从知识整合的影响因素、知识整合模式及知识整合的实现途径三个层面对组织知识整合的机理进行研究,【结果/结论】结果表明社会网络环境下,网络关系、网络密度、网络资本都会对组织知识整合产生影响,要有效实现组织知识整合,应搭建知识整合平台,创新组织文化,培养组织及组织成员的协作精神,提升组织知识整合能力,并建立完善的权衡机制。

[Purpose/significance]The social network environment make it easy to access the required knowledge, and orga- nization can identify the main factors that affect knowledge integration. It has the great practical significance to improve the efficiency of organizational knowledge integration. [ Method/process ] Using the method of social network analysis, this paper studied the mechanism of organizational knowledge integration from three aspects, namely, the factors, the mode of knowl- edge integration and the way to realize knowledge integration, [Result/conclusion ] The research results showed that in the social network environment, all of the network relationship, the network density and the network capital will have an influ- ence on the knowledge integration of the organization. To realize the knowledge integration effectively, we should set up the knowledge integration platform, innovate the organization culture, cultivate the cooperation spirit of the organization and the organization members, promote the knowledge integration capabilities, and establish a perfect trade-off mechanism.
