武定鸡和大围山微型鸡肌苷酸含量及ADSL基因表达差异研究 被引量:9

摘要 为研究不同云南地方鸡种肌苷酸含量与腺苷琥珀酸裂解酶(ADSL)基因m RNA表达差异,对武定鸡和大围山微型鸡肌肉组织中肌苷酸含量和ADSL m RNA表达量进行了检测。结果显示,武定鸡肌肉中肌苷酸含量显著高于大围山微型鸡,且同一鸡种中肌苷酸含量因性别、部位、日龄的不同表现出较大差异;武定鸡肌肉中ADSL m RNA表达量均高于大围山微型鸡,且ADSL m RNA表达量与肌苷酸含量呈正相关。表明ADSL基因是影响家禽肉品质的重要候选基因。 In order to study the inosinic acid content and adenylosuccinatelyase (ADSL)gene mRNA expression in different native chicken breeds from Yunnan province, Wuding chickens and Daweishan mini chickens were selected to detect inosinic acid content and ADSL gene mRNA expression in muscle tissues. The results showed that inosinic acid contents in muscle of Wuding chicken were higher than that in Daweishan mini chicken. There were great differences on inosinic acid contents in different genders, parts and ages of one chicken breed. ADSL gene mRNA expression in Wuding chicken were higher than that in Daweishan mini chicken, and which was positively correlated with inosinic acid content. It was obvious that ADSL gene played an important role in regulating inosinic acid content in chickens as a candidate gene of meat quality.
