日粮添加中药组方对肉鸡肠道形态和内源酶活性的影响

Effects of Dietary Chinese Herbal Formulas on Intestine Morphology and Endogenous Enzymes Activity of Broiler

试验旨在研究日粮添加中药组方对肉鸡肠道形态结构和消化酶活性的影响,800只1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡随机分为4组,分别为添加0.25%、0.50%、1.00%中药组方的试验组和对照组,每组设4个重复,每个重复50只。以玉米-豆粕型饲粮为基础日粮,预饲期7 d,试验期42 d。分别在21、42日龄进行肠道形态结构和消化酶活性的测定。结果显示:饲粮中添加中药组方,可增加肉鸡十二指肠和空肠的绒毛高度,降低隐窝深度,各段肠道的胰蛋白酶活力与对照组相比均有不同程度的提高,十二指肠的淀粉酶活力和脂肪酶活力也均高于对照组。提示在肉鸡日粮中添加0.50%的中药组方,可以增加小肠绒毛高度,降低隐窝深度,提高小肠内源酶的活性,进而促进营养物质的消化和吸收。

To study the effects of edible natural plant on intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme on broilers, 800 one-day-age AA broilers were randomly divided into four groups with four replications, each replicate per 50 broilers. Four kinds of diets were fed respectively for 42 d （containing 7-day pre-feeding period） ： basal diet （control）, basal diet with 0.25%, 0.50%, 1.00% Chinese herbal formulas. Intestinal structure and digestive enzyme activity were measured at 21 and 42 days of age. The results showed that adding Chinese herbal formulas in diets could increase villus heights of duodunum and jejunum, decrease crypt depth. Trypsin activity, lipase activity and amylase activity of duodunum in experiment groups were higher than those of control group. It＇s concluded that adding 0.50% Chinese herbal formula could increase crypt depth of small intestina, decrease crypt depth, enhance endogenous enzyme activity and then promote digestion and absorption of nutrients.
