城乡居民贫困脆弱性综合评价:来自安徽省的经验证据

Evaluating Poverty Vulnerability of Urban and Rural Residents: Evidence from Anhui Province

为深入揭示安徽省城乡居民贫困脆弱性特征,在构建城乡居民贫困脆弱性评价指标体系的基础上,运用熵值灰色关联法,以安徽省16个城市为基本研究单元,分别对其城镇和乡村居民贫困脆弱性进行测度和评价。结果表明:生态承载力对安徽省城镇和乡村居民贫困脆弱性影响均最大;安徽省城镇和乡村居民贫困脆弱性均存在地区分布的特点,北部地区城乡居民贫困脆弱性高于南部地区。最后,根据实证结果从政府、社会和家庭三个方面给出缓解贫困脆弱性的政策建议。

In order to better reveal the poverty vulnerability＇ characteristics of urban and rural residents in Anhui, applying entropy and gray correlation method to respectively measure the poverty vulnerability of urban and rural residents in Anhui and evaluate ,which with 16 prefectures in Anhui as the basic research units on the basis of having built a poverty vulnerability＇ assessment index system of urban and rural residents. The results showed that the impact of ecological carrying capacity to poverty vulnerability of urban and rural residents in Anhui was the largest; the poverty vulnerability of urban and rural residents in Anhui is in presence of the characteristics of regional distribution, the region in the northern is higher than that in the southern. Finally, proposing policy recommendations to ease the poverty vulnerability from the government , social and family three aspects according to the empirical results.
