摘要 国企的成功需要优秀的企业家,而国企企业家屡遭被污名化的困境,企业家身份也备受争议。分析了在国企改革的制度变迁下,国企高管这一类特殊的企业家群体经历的从"企业官员""官员型企业家"到"企业家"的适应、调整和选择。并对转型期存在的国企企业家成长异化问题的成因、表现和结果做了深刻剖析,认为成长异化现象的产生严重压抑了国企高管的企业家精神,引发了利益寻租和腐败等消极行为,阻碍了国企高管向企业家的顺利过渡。 Excellent entrepreneurs are required in success state -owned enterprises, but entrepreneurs m SOEs are always stigmatized and entrepreneurship is also controversial. The paper argues that with institutional change of SOE reform, top managers in SOEs, a special group of entrepreneurs, have experienced en adaption, adjustment and choice from "business officials" and "official entrepreneur" to the ideal type of "entrepreneur" in the growth process. Moreover,we also made a profound analysis about the cause, performance and results of entrepreneurs' growth alienation problem in transition, as a result, we put forward that generation of the growth alienation phenomenon severely hinder the top managers" entrepreneurial spirit in SOE,lead to arbitrage and corruption, and hinder the smooth transition from SOE top managers to entrepreneurs.
