摘要
对第一代康复支具手套进行改进,重新设计手套的手指外形,得到压力渐变康复支具手套,其对佩戴者手部施加的压力从指尖到指根逐渐减小。对20例健康受试者和20例脑卒中患者佩戴第一代和压力渐变康复支具手套时的手部血液灌注量进行测试、分析。
The first generation rehabilitation brace glove was modified,and its finger shape was redesigned to obtain the pressure gradient rehabilitation brace glove,which gave wearers decreasing pressure from finger-tip to finger-root. The hand blood flows of 20 healthy subjects and 20 brain stroke patients wearing the first generation and the pressure gradient rehabilitation brace gloves were tested and analyzed.
