摘要 利用单向导湿整理,使手术服同时具备良好的吸汗排汗及防止外界液体渗入的性能。提出一种静电喷淋方法,通过改变喷嘴和静电场,将拒水剂液滴直径控制在50~200μm,然后在织物上形成直径为0.1~2.0 mm且间距0.1~2.0 mm的液滴,其尺寸根据所加工产品的工艺要求而定。采用静电喷洒法对纯棉或涤棉织物进行单向导湿整理,不仅简化了工序,降低了加工难度和费用,而且使织物获得了良好、持久的单向导湿效果。 Through the unidirectional water-transfer finishing,the surgical gowns were given good sweat absorption and perspiration,as well as the ability to prevent the outside liquid infiltrating. An electrostatic spraying process was proposed. By changing the nozzle and the electrostatic field,the liquid droplet diameter of water-repellent agent was controlled between 50 and 200 microns,and then the liquid droplets with diameters of 0. 1 ~ 2. 0 mm and the distance between the liquid droplets each other of 0. 1 ~ 2. 0 mm were obtained on fabrics. These sizes were determined according to the requirements of the products processed. That the electrostatic spraying process was adopted to carry out the unidirectional water-transfer finishing for cotton or polyester/cotton fabrics, not only simplified the procedure and reduced the processing difficulty and cost,but also enabled the fabrics to get a good and persistent unidirectional water-transfer effect.
