完全管理模式在耐多药肺结核患者中的应用

Application of Complete Management Mode in Multi-drug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients

目的:探讨完全管理模式在耐多药肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法:选取收治的108例耐多药肺结核患者,按照入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施完全管理模式,比较两组病灶吸收、用药依从性、护理总满意度及生存质量。结果:观察组病灶吸收、用药依从性、护理总满意度及生存质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对耐多药肺结核患者实施完全管理模式,可增强病灶吸收率,改善患者服药依从性,提高护理总满意度及生存质量。

Objective：To explore the application effects of complete management mode on multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis （MDR-TB） patients. Methods：A total of 108 MDR-TB patients, according to admission order were divided into the observation group and the control group with 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received the complete management mode. The absorption of the lesion, medication compliance, total nursing satisfaction rate and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results ： The absorption of the lesion, the compliance of medication, the total satisfaction of the nursing and the quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Implementing the complete management mode for MDR-TB patients can improve the absorption rate of the lesion,improve the compliance of the patients and improve the total satisfaction of the nursinz so as to improve the qualitv of life.
