义齿稳固剂的研究进展

Progress in the study of denture adhesive

全口义齿固位不良是临床修复的一大难点,严重影响了活动义齿的使用寿命,利用义齿稳固剂可辅助增加全口义齿固位。本文对传统义齿稳固剂与新型义齿稳固剂做比较,并对现阶段义齿稳固剂研究存在的问题进行论述,以期为研制满足患者要求的稳固剂提供思路。

Complete denture retention is a difficult point in clinical repair.It seriously affects the life of the active teeth. The use of denture adhesive can increase the retention of complete denture.This review compares the traditional denture adhesive with the new denture adhesive,and discusses the existing problems in the study of denture adhesive in order to provide ideas for the development of a adhesive to meet the needs of patients.
