宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of cervical loop eleetrosurgieal excision procedure treating cervical precancerous lesion

目的研究宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年3月1日~2016年2月28日收治的宫颈癌前病变患者82例,将其采用单双号分组的方法分为两组,每组41例。对照组患者实施常规手术治疗,观察组采用宫颈环形电切术治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、手术相关指标、并发症发生率以及复发率。结果观察组患者的总有效率(95.12%)、手术时间[(8.69±3.74)min]、术中出血量[(12.48±4.72)ml]、住院时间[(2.43±1.05)d]等手术相关指标,并发症发生率(9.76%)、复发率(7.32%)均优于对照组的总有效率(73.17%)、手术时间[(42.17±5.48)min]、术中出血量[(40.86±15.64)ml]、住院时间[(6.45±1.64)d]等手术相关指标,并发症发生率(29.27%)、复发率(24.39%)(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌前病变患者应用宫颈环形电切术治疗的效果优越。

Objective To study the clinical effect of cervical loop eleetrosurgieal excision procedure （LEEP） treating cervical precancerous lesions.Methods From March 1,2015 to February 28,2016,82 patients with cervical precancerous lesion treated in our hospital were selected.By odd and even number,they were divided into two group and there were 41 cases in each group.Patients of control group were treated with conventional surgery,while patients of observation group were treated with cervical LEEP.The clinica/ effect,surgical related indicators,incidence of complications,and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Results In the observation group,the total clinical effective rate was 95.12%,the surgical related indicators including operation time [（8.69±3.74） min],intraoperative blood loss [（12.48±4.72） roll,and hospital stay [（2.43±1.05） d] and incidence of complications （9.76%） and recurrence rate （7.32%） in the observation group were better than those of control group [the total clinical effective rate：73.17%;the operation time：（42.17±5.48） min;intraoperative blood loss： （40.86± 15.64） ml;hospital stay： （6.45± 1.64） ＆the incidence of complications：29.27% ;recurrence rate：24.39%]（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with precancerous lesions,effect of cervical LEEP is superior.
