MSCT在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用价值

Application value of MSCT in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma

目的分析多排螺旋CT(MSCT)在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2014年7月~2016年7月收治的59例甲状腺癌疑似患者作为研究对象,均接受MSCT扫描,依据病理检查结果或外科手术结果对MSCT诊断甲状腺癌的准确度、特异度和敏感度进行评估,观察符合率。结果 MSCT诊断甲状腺癌的敏感度为85.30%、特异度为84.00%、准确度为84.75%。结论在甲状腺癌诊断中,MSCT可降低诊疗时间,避免不必要的创伤,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.Methods 59 patients with suspected thyroid cancinoma from July 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected as the subjects,all patients underwent MSCT scan,and the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of MSCT in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma were evaluated according to pathological findings or surgical resuhs,and the coincidence rate was observed.Results The sensitivity of MSCT in diagnosing thyroid cancer was 85.30%,specificity was 84.00%, accuracy was 84.75%.Conclusion In the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma, MSCT can reduce the time of diagnosis and treatment,avoid unnecessary trauma,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
