依帕司他联合黄连素治疗糖尿病足的效果观察

Effect observation of the Epalrestat combined with Berberine in treating diabetic foot

目的探讨依帕司他联合黄连素治疗糖尿病足的效果。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月本院收治的62例糖尿病足患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各31例。两组均在常规治疗的基础上予以依帕司他治疗,观察组联用黄连素治疗,比较两组的疗效及治疗前后的踝肱血压指数(ABPI)。结果观察组的总有效率为100.0%,显著高于对照组的87.1%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的ABPI值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后的ABPI值显著高于治疗前,且观察组治疗后的ABPI值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用依帕司他联合黄连素治疗糖尿病足可以明显提高糖尿病足的临床治愈率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of Epalrestat combined with Berberine in treating diabetic foot.Methods 62 diabetic foot patients from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group was 31 cases.Two groups were given Epalrestat on the basis of general treatment,the observation group was further given Berberine.The effect and ABPI of the two groups were compared be- fore and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than 87.1% of the control group （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the ABPI value before treatment （P〉0.05）.The ABPI value of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that be- fore treatment,and the ABPI value of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the con- trol group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using Epalrestat combined with Berberine in treating diabetic foot can obvious enhance the clinical cure rate of diabetic foot and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
