中药及保健品中非法添加3种PDE5抑制剂的TLC-SERS检测方法研究

Detection study for 3 kinds inhibitor of PDE5 illegally added into health products and traditional Chinese medicine using TLC-SERS

目的建立补益类中药及保健品中非法添加西地那非、氨基他达拉非、伐地那非的快速检测方法。方法采用硅胶GF254薄层板,以乙醇-正己烷(70∶30)为展开剂,展开制备薄层斑点,对斑点滴加银胶测定其SERS图谱。结果该方法用于检测3种PDE5抑制剂的专属性较好,并检测出7种补益类中药及保健品中有3种非法添加了那非类成分。结论 TLC-SERS联用法简便、快速,可用于补益类中药及保健品中非法掺入的3种PDE5抑制剂的快速检测。

Objective To establish a rapid screenning method for tonic traditional Chinese medicines and to products with illegally added chemicals such as Sidenafil,Amino Tadalafil,Vardenafil.Methods The thin-layer spots was prepared by slica gel GF254 thin layer developing in ethanol-hexane （70：30）,and SERS spectrum was determined via adding silver glue on it.Results This metod was applied to the detection of seven tonic traditional Chinese medicines and health products,and three were detected with sidenafil drlxgs.Conclusion This TLC-SERS rapid method is simple and rapid,and can be use to detect the three PDE5 inhibitors illegally added into tonic traditional Chinese medicine and health products.
