中心实验室是医院建设的重要组成部分,在综合性医院全面发展医、教、研中扮演十分重要且特殊的角色,随着目前大型医院的发展和定位,中心实验室的建设是创建研究型医院的重要措施和必备条件。目前,各种新技术和新仪器设备的引进及使用对实验室的安全防护及管理提出了更高、更复杂的要求,为实验室安全管理增加了新的内容。中心实验室是医院开展基础研究的重要场所,在医院提升综合实力方面发挥重要作用。实验室安全管理是实验室快速有效发展的重中之重,做好安全管理对实验室以及医院的整体安全起重要作用。本文根据本单位中心实验室的实际情况,就如何建立和完善中心实验室的安全管理策略进行分析和探讨。

As an important part in hospital construction,central laboratory plays a significant and special role in the overall development of a general hospital in medicine,education and research.With the recent development and positioning of large general hospitals,the construction of central laboratory marks as an important and indispensable approach for building a research-oriented hospital.Currently,the introduction and adoption of various new technologies,in- struments and equipment brings higher and more complex requirements on safety protection and management of central laboratory.Laboratory safety management is therefore enriched with new content.The central laboratory of general hospital offers a major platform for basic medical research,thus playing an important role in enhancing the overall strength of hospital.Safety management is crucial to the rapid and effective development of laboratory.Implementation of laboratory safety management has an important effect on the overall safety of both laboratory and hospital.In this paper, according to the practical situation of Central Laboratory in Peking University International Hospital,how to establish and improve the safety management strategy of central laboratory was analyzed and discussed.
