摘要
为了研究一氧化碳与二氧化碳的体积分数比(φ(CO)/φ(CO_2))在义马气煤低温氧化过程中随温度的变化规律,本研究采用自行设计研发的恒温加热装置对制备好的混合粒径煤样在不同温度下进行恒温氧化,产生的气体用GC-950气相色谱仪进行分析。记录CO和CO_2在不同温度下不同时间点的体积分数,进而计算出φ(CO)/φ(CO_2)值。分析不同温度下φ(CO)/φ(CO_2)值与时间的关系得出,当氧化反应进行一段时间后,φ(CO)/φ(CO_2)值会趋于一个稳定的值,且温度越高这个时间越短。进一步分析φ(CO)/φ(CO_2)稳定值与温度的关系,拟合分析得出了φ(CO)/φ(CO_2)稳定值与温度有良好的线性关系。与CO单位体积分数值相比,在义马气煤采空区φ(CO)/φ(CO_2)值作为指标值更具优越性,对生产有很好的指导意义。
In this paper,in order to study the change ofφ(CO)/φ(CO_2)with temperature in the process of low temperature oxidation in Yima gas coal mined-out area,a constant temperature heating device designed by ourselves was applied to carry out isothermal oxidation of the prepared mixed grain size coal sample at different temperatures.Then by analyzing the produced gases with GC-950 gas chromatograph,the concentration of CO and CO_2 at different temperature and time was measured,and theφ(CO)/φ(CO_2)values were calculated.By analyzing the relationship betweenφ(CO)/φ(CO_2)value and time at different temperatures,it is concluded that theφ(CO)/φ(CO_2)value tends to be a stable value when the oxidation reaction is carried out for a period of time,and the higher the temperature is,the shorter the time will be.Then the relationship between the stable value ofφ(CO)/φ(CO_2)and the temperature was analyzed,and the linear relationship betweenφ(CO)/φ(CO_2)value and temperature was verified by fitting analysis,which is of great significance to the production.By comparing the superiority ofφ(CO)/φ(CO_2)value andφ(CO)value as an index value,it is concluded thatφ(CO)/φ(CO_2)value is of more superiority thanφ(CO)value in Yima gas coal mined-out area.
