摘要
运用有限元软件ANSYS对电磁流量计中存在非导电物体建立的仿真模型,研究了不同内径管道对电磁流量计敏感场响应特性的影响,为电磁流量计测量两相流时传感器电极尺寸设计提供一定的参考,也为电磁流量计在一定管径下两相流测量的误差分析提供理论依据。
Simulation model was established to study the flow meter response characteristics which exist non-conductive objects in the fluid by finite element software ANSYS, and influence of the different diameter pipes on the response characteristics of electromagnetic flow meter situation was analyzed, which provides reference for electromagnetic flowmeter measurement of twophase flow sensor electrode size, and provides theoretical basis for error analysis of measuring two-phase flow under certain diameter electromagnetic flowmeter.
