四轮定位仪主销后倾角检定数学模型分析及研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于空间几何分析,建立了四轮定位仪主销倾角检定数学模型。通过对模型几何关系的分析推导,得到了影响主销倾角检定精度的主要因素。为消除该因素对检定精度的影响,研制了基于多自由度空间杆机构的新型全自动四轮定位仪主销倾角检定装置。新型检定装置中主销后倾与主销内倾角的模拟调整运动可分步独立完成,有效消除了主销合成运动时相互干涉产生的角度误差。按照国标对装置进行了示值精度检测,结果符合国标要求。该设计对后续的四轮定位仪检定装置的设计提供了一定的借鉴。 The mathematical model of the four wheel positioning system was established based on the space geometry analysis.Based on the analysis of the geometric relationship of the model, the main factors that affect the precision of the angle of the main pin were obtained.In order to eliminate the influence of the factor on the accuracy of the calibration, a new type of full antomatic four wheel positioning system based on multi degree of freedom space bar mechanism was developed.The simulation adjustment movement of the main pin and the inclination angle of the main pin in the new verification device can be independently completed by steps, and the angle error of the mutual interference of the main pin synthetic motion can be eliminated effectively.According to the national standard, the device is detected, and the results are in accordance with the requirements of the national standard.The design will provide some references for the design of the follow-up four wheel positioning device.
