摘要
为了对生物发酵过程进行有效的实时监控,设计了一种基于ARM-Linux和GPRS的嵌入式远程监控系统。在现场嵌入式监控终端,分别选用与ARM9微处理器的SPI接口和I2C总线相连的ADS8344E和DAC8574,使得系统能够进行快速、多路同步的数据采集和输出控制,并能通过GPRS网络将数据信息同步上传至远程接收端。在远程数据监控中心,采用基于Ajax的B/S架构对接收的数据进行管理,实现了Web客户端与远程监控终端之间的动态数据交互。实验测试结果表明,该系统设计方案合理,可靠性高,实时性强,具有良好的实用性。
In order to effectively monitoring of biological fermentation process in real-time, embedded remote monitoring sys- tem based on ARM-Linux and GPRS was designed. In the field of embedded monitoring terminal, the AD chip ADS8344E and DA chip DA8574 were used respectively through the SPI interface and IIC bus to connect with ARM9 microprocessor, making system can realize high-speed, multi-channal synchronous data acquisition and output control, and through the GPRS network , data was upload simultaneously to remote receiver. In the remote data monitoring center, the B/S architecture based on Ajax to man- age the received data, and the dynamic data interaction between Web client and the remote monitoring terminal was realized. The experimental results show that the designing project is reasonable,with high real-time performance and dependability,and that it can have excellent practicability.
