应用于石墨烯制备中超声波频率声强测量的研究

摘要 大功率超声作用制备石墨烯方法是目前能制备大片层、高品质石墨烯的主要方法。超声场中各点声强大小、各频率分量的强弱则直接影响石墨烯制备的品质。针对石墨烯制备中对声场信息测量的实际需求,搭建了超声波频率声强测量装置,详细分析了装置的实现原理并给出各部分设计方案。测试结果表明,装置能够准确反映石墨烯制备超声场中的各频率分量和声强信息,对于研究石墨烯在超声场的作用机理提供了参考依据。 The preparation of graphene by high power ultrasonic is the main method to prepare large layer and high quality graphene. The sound intensity of each point and the intensity of each frequency component in the ultrasonic field directly affect the quality of the graphene preparation. Based on the practical requirements on measurement of sound field information in graphene preparation, a ultrasonic sound intensity and frequency measurement device was designed. The principle of the device is analyzed in detail and the design scheme of each part is given. The results show that the device can accurately reflect the frequency components and the sound intensity information in the ultrasonic field of graphene preparation, which provides a reference for studying the mechanism of graphene in ultrasonic field.
