摘要
以辽宁阜新种植的不同种源文冠果为研究对象,采用水分胁迫的方法探讨不同种源文冠果植物体内脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质对干旱环境的响应。研究结果表明:脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量随着水分胁迫的增加而增加,以延安和沈阳的2个种源的耐旱性较好。可溶性蛋白质变化幅度不大,不适宜作为反映文冠果的耐旱能力重要指标。
The reflection of proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein to the arid environment of Xanthoceras sorbifolia were studied by means of water stress in different provenances from Fuxin City planted in Liaoning province.Result shows that the content of proline and soluble sugar increased with the increase of water stress,and the drought tolerance of two provenances in Yan'an and Shenyang are optimal.The change of soluble protein is not significant,soluble protein is not suitable to be the indicators which reflect the drought tolerance of Xanthoceras sorbifolia.
