摘要
以松东锦鸡儿(Cargana ussuriesnis)半木质化的枝条为插穗,采用正交试验探讨松东锦鸡儿嫩枝扦插效果,结果表明:各个基质和激素浓度对扦插生根率差异显著,纯沙+200mg L^(-1)NAA+200mg L^(-1)IBA为最佳的嫩枝扦插条件,扦插成活率达到70%。
Taking semi-lignified Caragana ussuriensis branches as cuttings,the effects of softwood cuttings of Caragana ussuriensis were studied by orthogonal test.Result shows that the difference of each matrices and the concentration of hormone on softwood cuttings of Caragana ussuriensis are significant.The optimal condition for softwood cuttings of Caragana ussuriensis is pure sand＋200mg L^-1 NAA ＋200mg L^-1 IBA,and the cutting survival rate being 70%.
