摘要 员工带病参加工作的行为就是出勤主义行为(presenteeism)[1]。出勤主义行为是职场中的常见现象,约60%的美国员工[2]和超过70%的丹麦员工[3]都有过带病参加工作的经历。国内调查显示,74%的职场人士都有过带病参加工作的行为[4]。由于工作负荷大、轮班、夜班、
