水平定向钻泥浆拖拽阻力对回拖力的贡献权重 被引量:1

摘要 泥浆拖拽阻力对回拖力贡献的权重问题是研究水平定向钻管道穿越回拖力时一项重要的内容。在目前的计算模型中,泥浆拖拽阻力的贡献权重不一致。针对这一问题,文中采用了与实际工程较接近的ASTM法进行计算研究,提出了新的权重计算公式,并结合3个工程实例,对泥浆拖拽阻力的权重进行计算分析。结果表明,泥浆拖拽阻力引起的回拖力计算结果差值为10%左右,泥浆拖拽阻力在回拖力中贡献的权重不能忽略。 In the research pull force in horizontal directional drilling, the contribution weight of fluidic drag friction to pull force is an important content. Contribution weight of fluidic drag friction is inconsistent in the present calculation model. Aiming at this problem, this paper adopted ASTM method to compute and research which are closer to the actual engineering. The new weight calculation formula was put forward. Combining with 3 typical engineering examples, the contribution weight of fluidic drag friction was calculated and analyzed. It is indicated that the calculation difference of pull force caused by fluidic drag friction is about 10%. The contribution weight of fluidic drag friction cannot be ignored.
