摘要
在加氢过程中,需要使用高温高压加氢进料泵,泵的进出口管嘴受力和力矩需要符合API610相关规定,因此进料泵管道的配管设计很重要。利用CAESARⅡ对汽油加氢装置中的加氢进料泵进出口管线进行一次应力、二次应力分析与管嘴受力分析,得出结论:通过改变管系的走向,适当地设置限位或者固定支架,可以在保证管系柔性的前提下,减小管系位移对泵管嘴受力的影响,从而设计出合理的加氢进料泵进出口管道方案。
In hydrogenation process, hydrogenation feed pump with high temperature and high pressure was needed. The moment and force of nozzle of the pump inlet and outlet need to comply with AP1610. So piping design of hydrogenation feed pump is very important. CAESAR II was used to analyze primary stress, secondary stress and nozzle stress of hydrogenation feed pump inlet and outlet pipeline in hydrogenation process The following conclusions were drawn that through changing the direction of pipeline and setting limit or fixing support, under the premise of ensuring piping flexibility , influence of piping displacement on nozzle of pump stress was reduced, thus a reasonable hydrogenation feed pump inlet and outlet pipeline design scheme was designed.
