This paper elaborated the connotation of contract management in public hospitals, analyzed the objectives and characteristics of contract management in public hospital, put forward the existing problems of traditional contract management mode, and introduced fine contract management mode in one three-level hospital and its effects on promoting the internal control construction of the hospital, assuring the hospital＇s economic activity and preserving state assets.
