妊娠合并结核病,起病隐匿,进展快,早期症状与妊娠期生理反应相似,加之医务人员及患者担心影像学检查对胎儿的不良影响,使其不能正确对待,造成疾病容易误诊漏诊。此外妊娠合并结核病诊断困难、耐药率上升、死亡率增高,未来应加强妊娠前结核病筛查,提高医务工作者对该病认识,降低妊娠期女性死亡率。
