摘要
本文以庞庞塔煤矿薄煤层超长工作面11042采面综采为例,通过优化工作面开切巷扩巷及支架安装工艺,完善工作面回采过程中设备管理、过煤柱集中压力带及过老巷顶板及劳动组织管理,实现了工作面安全快速推进,月生产原煤最高记录达25080t,工作面万吨掘进率大幅下降,煤炭资源得到合理回收,为西南片区薄煤层综采实现高产高效提供了可借鉴的经验,具有较高的推广价值。
This thesis take 11042 nd super-long working fully-mechanized mining face with thin coal seam as example,by optimize the roadway enlarge and support installation technology,which improve the equipment management during the recovery process,and the labor management while get through the coal pillar and the old working,which realize the working face safe and rapid boost.The highest record of monthly yield reach 20050 tons,and effectively reduced the 10,000 tons' tunneling rate,coal resources obtain reasonable recovery,and offer experience to fully-mechanized to thin coal seam of southwest mining area and has good population value.
