随着现代社会科技的发展与进步,煤矿安全生产工作的核心还是科技创新,在煤炭效益不太好的大环境下,我们更需要在煤炭行业的各个领域深入实施"机械化换人、自动化减人"措施。目前换热站系统已经广泛的应用在热水锅炉系统、热交换系统、工业供热系统及其他换热系统中。对换热站进行集控管理,不但能减少人为因素对设备的误操作,更重要的是能减少换热站工作人员,真正实现减人增效的目的。由于PLC编程简单易操作性,目前换热站电气集控系统大多采用PLC控制。
