摘要
某600 MW机组长期运行在低负荷下,从运行数据和试验数据着手分析存在的问题并开展了一系列调整工作。研究表明:分隔屏容易超温是由于一次风风煤比偏大、炉膛火焰中心偏高造成;分隔屏最高点壁温和最低点壁温偏差过大是一次风不平衡以及二次风量两侧偏差共同造成的;D层燃烧器投运后火检波动是由于其自身一次风过大以及二次风配合不合理造成的;结合一系列试验工作和盘面运行调整,上述问题得到缓解。为配旋流燃烧器的锅炉在低负荷运行时提供了可参考的运行思路。
A 600 MW unit has been operated under low power load for a long term. Contents ana- lyze the existing problems and carries out a series of adjustment works from the operation data and test data. Research shows that: Platen superheaters run over temperature easily because the primary air versus coal ratio is too large and flame center in furnace is higher than normal; The maximum and minimum wall temperatures deviate large that caused by the deviation of secondary air volumes from A/B sides wind box and primary air volume in each pulverized coal pipes of mills; Fluctuation of flame detecting signals of D burners when operated is caused by its large primary air and unreasona- ble cooperation of primary and secondary air. Combined with a series of tests and combustion adjust- ment, the above problems are relieved. This paper provides an operation reference for the boiler with swirl burners when runs under low power load.
