针对集箱与过渡段散管制造厂内组装的主要制造工艺进行详细分析和总结,并根据实际产品的制造情况,确定一套科学合理的制造工艺流程和方法。同时指出了在制造过程中须严格监控的一些关键点,为此后类似产品的生产制造提供参考依据。

This article carries on detailed analysis and summary towards the assembly work in manufactory of header and transition tubes, and from the condition of actual product produces, make sure a set of rationally process and method for fabrication. At the same time, this paper also pointed out some keys in the fabrication witch needed supervisory control stringently, and provide a reference for the similar production manufacturing in the future.
