山西煤电基地水资源承载能力分析

Analysis on the Water Resources Bearing Capacity of the Shanxi Coal-power Base

山西是国家重要煤炭和电力供应基地、能源输出基地及资源型经济转型发展示范区。文中通过对山西煤电基地"十三五"期间新增煤电项目水资源需求、供给能力的研究,分析煤电基地水资源支撑条件,提出山西晋北、晋中、晋东三大煤电基地水资源承载能力及配置水量,以推动煤电产业优化升级的战略目标。

The Shanxi Province is the important national coal-power supply base,the energy sources output base and the resources-type ecomony-trasformation developmant base.By means of study on the water resource requirement and supply capacity of the new coal-power construction projects in the Shanxi coal-power base in the 13 th Five-year plan period,the paper analyzes the water resources support condition of the coal-power base,and puts forward the water resources bearing capacity and the water requirement that needs to be allocate in Shanxi North,Middle and East Coalpower Base for promoting the realization of the optimizing and upgrading strategy target of the coal-power industry.
