摘要
采用离心分离技术对攀钢焦油进行预处理,分析不同转速离心、不同离心时间对煤焦油原料脱渣的效果,同时分析不同转速离心对煤焦油原料脱水的影响,结果表明,采用离心分离处理后煤焦油除渣率≥90%,得到焦油含渣量≤0.3%,含水≤2.0%。
Early Tar at pangang is preprocessed using centrifugal separation technology, analysis of different speed centrifugal and centrifugal time of coal tar raw material deslagging effect, at the same time, analysis the influence of different speed for centrifugal coal tar from dehydration, the research results show that the centrifugal separation after processing coal tar slag rate of 90% or more, get tar slag content 0.3% or less, the water cut of 2.0% or less.
