摘要
该研究通过通榆县公路护坡土中盐分含量的测定和处理组不同浓度盐分的生长环境设定,对3a生紫穗槐的植物生理生化特性的数据分析,研究紫穗槐耐盐碱实际应用的效果。结果表明:盐分胁迫浓度的升高,使紫穗槐的蒸腾速率(Tr)、净光合速率(Pn)、K+含量等指标呈现下降趋势,而过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、游离脯氨酸(Free Pro)、可溶性糖、Na+等多种物质含量呈明显升高。叶绿素总量、叶绿素a和叶绿素b等含量随盐分浓度增加而升高。从分析各项指标数据后得出3a生紫穗槐苗木对盐渍环境具有很强的适应性并能在低于0.5%盐分浓度下具有良好的自我调节功能。
In this study,by setting the growth environment of salt in Tongyu County Highway Slope Soil Deter- mination and treatment groups of different concentrations of salt,analysis on plant physiological and biochemical characteristics of 3 year old Amorpha fruticosa data of Amorpha fruticosa application effect of saline alkali tol- erance. The results show that increasing the concentration of salt stress,the transpiration rate of Amorpha fruti- eosa (Tr), net photosynthetic rate (Pn)index, K+ content decreased, and the peroxidase (POD)activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD), free proline (Free Pro), the content of soluble substances sugar and Na+ increased significantly. The content of chlorophyll,chlorophyll a and B decreased with the decrease of salt concentration. From the analysis of index data obtained after 3 years of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings has strong adaptability to saline en- vironment and has good self regulating function in salt concentrations less than 0.5%.
