摘要
通过5组不同温度处理和赤霉素(GA3)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、细胞分裂素(6-BA)、磷酸二氢钾(KH_2PO_4)处理,研究不同条件对天人菊种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:在变温25/15℃处理下,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数最高,分别为83.67%、72.83%、6.88。由此可得:变温25/15℃是天人菊种子萌发的最适温度。在25℃恒温处理下,分别施用不同的激素,得到天人菊种子最适发芽浓度分别为300mg/L赤霉素(GA3)、10%PEG、100mg/L细胞分裂素(6-BA),但KH_2PO_4对天人菊种子萌发的影响并不显著。由试验可得:100mg/L的细胞分裂素(6-BA)对天人菊种子的萌发有更好的促进作用。
Through the experiment of 5 groups temperature processing,gibberellic acid (GA3), polyethylene glycol (PEG),cytokinins (6-BA)and potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4)four kinds of hormone treatment experiments,study the germination characteristics of Gaillardia aristata seeds under different treatment. Under variable temperature 25/15 ℃ processing,seeds have the highest germination rate,germination potential,germination index, 83.67%,72.83% and 6.88 respectively, therefore,variable temperature 25/15 ℃ is the optimum temperature of Gaillardia aristata seed germination. Under 25℃constant temperature processing,through the use of different hor- mones,the optimum germination concentrations are 300mg/L gibberellic acid(GA3), 10% polyethylene glycol(PEG) and 100mg/L cytokinins (6-BA),but the influence of KH2PO4 on the germination is not significant.
