隧道穿越压扭性断层段变形处理技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 新建铁路林织线蔡家寨隧道洞身穿越织金洞压扭性断层,断层影响段内地质构造复杂,岩溶发育强烈且富含岩溶水,施工期间出现大型突水突泥,通过对超前帷幕注浆、超前大管棚、地表注浆等方案综合比选,最终采取洞内超前帷幕注浆方案顺利通过,隧道支护衬砌结构经过运营考验。文章借助数值计算分析方法,采用GTSNX有限元软件对蔡家寨隧道穿越织金洞断层超前帷幕注浆方案进行分析,确定了经济、合理的注浆参数,从理论上证明该措施的安全性和有效性,为今后类似工程提供技术性参考。 Caijiazhai Tunnel on Linxi-Zhijin Railway cuts through a compresso-shear fault of Zhijincave. As a result, the impacted section is featured by complex geologic structure and excessive karst water, which results m inrush oI clay anu water in construction period. After comparison among advanced curtain grouting, advanced steel pipe roof deployment and earth surface grouting, the advanced curtain grouting is adopted as the solution. With the solution, the supporting lining structure of the tunnel has operated normally. Using GTS NX finite element analysis software and numerical analysis methods, this paper analyses the advanced curtain grouting solution used in Caijiazhai Tunnel project and works out economic and reasonable grouting parameters. The solution is proved safe and effective and can be used as technical reference in similar projects in the future.
