摘要
以国家开放大学学分银行为蓝本,借鉴企业商业模式一般性理论模型,通过对国家开放大学学分银行相关研究报告、工作汇报、工作方案、宣传材料等进行梳理提炼,并采用参与式观察,从价值成果、资源和能力、决策等方面对学分银行运营模式要素及其关系进行分析后,提出如下建议:学分银行应该具有自己明确的客户价值和组织价值,要围绕核心的客户和组织价值来进行资源和能力的选择和运用,根据事业发展做出相应的开发性决策,探索建立资源补给机制。
Taking the practice of the OUC Credit Bank as the research object,and based on the general theoretical model of enterprise business model,this paper sorts out and refines the OUC Credit Bank related research reports,work reports,work programs,promotional materials,etc.Meanwhile,it analyzes the elements and their relationship of Credit Bank operation model from the aspects of value results,resources and capabilities and decision-making by means of participatory observation.It puts forward the following suggestions:Credit Bank should have its own customer value and organizational value,select and apply resources and capabilities based on the core customers and organizational value,make developmental decisions in accordance with career development,and explore the establishment of resource supply mechanism.
