基于地方大学民族教育的多元文化法律保护

A Study of National Education Legislation in Chinese Universities——From the Perspective of Multiculturalism

从多元文化理论的角度看,我国大学民族教育还存在不少问题,不利于少数民族同学的发展和少数民族多元文化的存续。当前我国涉及民族教育的地方立法可考者虽有18部,但多为规范少数民族义务教育的内容,缺乏关于民族教育的全国性法律。为了保护我国多元文化的存续与发展,我国需要考虑尽快制定全国性的《少数民族教育法》,以规范高校的民族教育问题。

Viewed from the perspective of multiculturalism, there are still many defects in the national education in China, which hinder the development of ethnic minority students and the sustained existence of multicultural diversity of ethnic minorities. At present, there are 18 local laws concerning national education in China, but most of them are to regulate the content of compulsory education for ethnic minorities, and there is a lack of national laws on ethnic education. In order to protect the existence and development of multiculturalism in China, a national education law for ethnic minorities should be made as soon as possible to standardize the national education in universities.
