摘要
根据新景矿3号煤层透气性差、瓦斯含量高、结构松软等特点,提出了底抽巷穿层钻孔水力压裂卸压增透技术,分析了水力压裂卸压增透技术原理,并对压裂工艺、技术参数和设备进行选型设计,通过现场试验取得了较好的瓦斯抽采效果,获得了水力压裂指标参数,为新景矿乃至阳泉矿区在低透气性高瓦斯突出煤层大范围推广水力压裂卸压增透技术提供了指导。
Based on bad gas permeability, high gas bearing capacity and soft structure in No.3 coal seam of Xingjing Mine,water layer drilling hydraulic fracturing pressure relief technology was put forward and its principles were analyzed.Meanwhile, fracturing technology, technical parameters and facility were selected and designed, which had better gas drainage effect through field test and got index parameter of hydraulic fracturing. All of these provided guidance for highly promotion of hydraulic fracturing pressure relief technology in lowpermeability and high gas outburst seam of Xingjing Mine and even in Yangquan mining area.
