平沟煤矿020902车场复杂交岔巷道锚杆支护技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对平沟煤矿020902盘区车场布置概况,通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析该车场巷道群围岩应力分布特征和围岩结构稳定性,分析认为:多条巷道相连接的呈"K+I"型复杂交岔位置是该车场巷道群围岩稳定薄弱部位,交岔点且巷道断面大,各巷间"三角形"围岩体承载结构的稳定性相对较差,其边缘均存在不利于围岩稳定的隐患,应加强对巷道的顶底板和两帮的支护强度,特别加强巷道交岔点位置的围岩帮部支护强度。针对这一位置的围岩稳定性提出锚杆+网+钢架+锚索的围岩控制对策,并通过数值模拟和现场工业试验反馈验证,说明采取该锚杆联合支护方案对"K+I"型复杂交岔巷道围岩控制是有效的,设计支护方案对复杂围岩应力环境下的回采巷道支护是成功的,对矿井的安全生产至关重要。 Based on arrangement of 020902 panel car yard in Pinggou Mine, numericalsimulation software was used to analyze stress distribution characteristics of this roadway group surrounding rock and stability of surrounding rock structure.The results showed that "K+I" type complex intersection of multiple roadways was located in weak stability position of surrounding rock with large sections of roadway. Stability of load-bearing structure of "triangle" surrounding rock among roadways was relatively poor and there were hidden dangers on its edges, so that it was necessary to strengthen supporting intensity of roof and floor as well as two sides, especially in surrounding rock mass at the intersection of roadway.Meanwhile, control measures of surrounding rock with bolt + mesh + steel frame + anchor rope were proposed, numerical simulations and field industrial tests were used to get feedback, which meant this ombined support scheme with cable and anchor was effective to surrounding rock control of "K+I" type complex intersection. And this scheme was successful to support of gateway in complicated surrounding rock under stress environment, which made a difference in safety production.
