摘要
排水是煤矿开采过程中重要的环节,直接影响着人员及设备的安全。通过对国内外煤矿排水系统设计的研究,提出了一种基于PLC的煤矿水泵控制系统,该系统以西门子S7-200为核心,配备多路监测传感器,可在线实时监测水仓水位、水泵流量、电机及水泵温度等参数,并具备故障报警和自动保护功能,根据移峰填谷的原则,可实现煤矿排水的自动化控制,解决了煤矿排水系统耗能高、可靠性差的问题,降低了成本。
Drainage was an important link in the process of coal mining, which directly affected safety of personnel and equipment. Through the research and design of domestic and international coal mine drainage system, a control system of mine pump based on PLC was proposed, which taking siemens S7-200 as core and equipped with multi sensor monitoring.It could realize online monitoring parameters of water sump level, water pump flux, electric machine and pump temperature etc and had fault alarm and automatic protection function, which not only achieved automatic control of coal mine drainage,but solved problems of high energy consumption and poor reliability of coal mine drainage system to reduce cost.
