摘要
针对矿用刮板输送机装配效率过低的现象,将某类型刮板型输送机作为分析对象,运用Pro/Engineer三维软件建立仿真模型,将集聚化的两通道柱状屏幕作为硬件支撑,将Visual Studio与Open Scene Graph作为系统平台,达成具备手动操作、自动展示、路由保存、联合装配和3D显示等功能的刮板型输送机虚拟装配平台。
Based on lowassembly efficiency of mine scraper conveyor, a type of scraper conveyor type was taken as an analysis object. Virtual assembly platform of scraper conveyor with functions of manual operation, automatic display, routing save, joint assembly, 3D display and so on was achieved with gathering two channel column screen as hardware support, taking Visual Studio and Open Scene Graph as system platform, and using Pro/Engineer 3D software to build simulation model.
