摘要
以液氨常见的储存方式"储罐储存"为例,深入探讨了该类型压力储罐安全阀的选型与计算。从泄放介质的腐蚀性、火灾危险性、相态、设备最高操作压力、泄放温度和泄放背压波动的程度及连接方式6个方面进行安全阀的选型,并给出了安全阀的起跳压力和进口口径的计算过程。经过液氨储罐安全阀的选型与计算的讨论,可以为类似储罐安全阀设计提供参考。
Taking the common storage way of liquid ammonia "tank storage" as an example, the type selection and calculation of the storage tank safety valve were discussed. The type of safety valve was selectd based on six aspects,corrosivity of discharge medium, fire hazard, phase behavior, the maximum operating pressure, discharge temperature and discharge back pressure fluctuation, and connection way, the calculation processes of the offline pressure and import diameter of safety valve were gave, thereby providing a reference for similar storage tank safety valve.
