澄清进料泵机械密封及冲洗方案改造

针对50万t甲醇工程澄清槽进料泵的机械密封寿命短、泄露频繁、密封冲洗水消耗量大的问题,分析了导致该机械密封泄露的原因,分别对该泵机械密封的选型、机械密封冲洗方案进行了改造。改造之后,显著延长了机械密封的使用寿命,达到了长周期运行的要求,降低了生产成本。

In order to solve the problem of short service life, frequent leakage, and large amount of water consumption for sealing and washing of 500 thousand tons of methanol project, the causes of the leakage of the mechanical seal were analyzed,and the type of mechanical seal of the pump, mechanical seal flushing scheme were modified. After the reform, the service life of mechanical seal is prolonged,the requirement of long period operation is achieved and the product cost is reduced.
